Drymix Ltd, a member of UBP Group, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including retail, SME, large contractors, and corporate clients (e.g., architects, engineers, developers).
  • Propose and implement strategies to retain clients and attract new ones.
  • Always ensure excellent customer service.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Guide and accompany Sales Representatives during client visits.
  • Organize and deliver on-the-job training for Salesmen to enhance performance.
  • Oversee and update the CRM system for accurate sales monitoring.

Sales Operations and Strategy

  • Promote value-added products and services across the market.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports such as sales dashboards and performance analytics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • Degree in Sales/Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven expertise in technical product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
