Assistant Sales Manager
Drymix Ltd, a member of UBP Group, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including retail, SME, large contractors, and corporate clients (e.g., architects, engineers, developers).
- Propose and implement strategies to retain clients and attract new ones.
- Always ensure excellent customer service.
Team Leadership and Development
- Guide and accompany Sales Representatives during client visits.
- Organize and deliver on-the-job training for Salesmen to enhance performance.
- Oversee and update the CRM system for accurate sales monitoring.
Sales Operations and Strategy
- Promote value-added products and services across the market.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports such as sales dashboards and performance analytics.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Sales/Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Proven expertise in technical product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid Driving Licence.
