Drymix Ltd, member of UBP Group, is looking to recruit a Human Resources Lead who will report to theHuman Resources Manager.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in all Human Resources operations including recruitment, payroll, training, performance management, welfare activities and grievances
  • Interprete and advise on employment law issues and disciplinary procedures
  • Compile Human Resources Reports, Statistics and other data and perform basic analysis
  • Manage and maintain the Human Resources system and any Human Resources related documentation
  • To ensure that all Human Resources related activities are compliant with the Human Resources standard operating procedures
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day activities
  • Adhere to Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Officer to ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures and policies


Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 4 years’ experience in similar position
  • Knowledge of Labour laws and Remuneration Orders
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in both English and French language
  • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • Holder of a valid driving license
  • Strong IT skills
